● Areas of Growth in Behavioral Patterns
○ Letting stress take over
○ Desire to have everything under control
○ Lack of self-care
○ Lack of freedom to see the good side of things. I can get caught on the negative
side of things.
2) Strengths and Short Comings
● I am someone that can easily get along with people.
● I am kind, approachable, and reliable to others.
● I am someone that is aware of my own and others’ emotions.

● I prefer a more thoughtful and deliberate change.
● I can take on too much and not be able to prioritize.
● I can let stress take over, and I have trouble handling frustration.

3) The Me I see Now and the Me I want to See Soon
● Me, I see Now:
○ I am someone that demonstrates friendliness, patience, and hard-working habits. I
can be there for people and acknowledge their feelings and emotions.
○ Although, in the Me, I see Now, I am constantly overstressing about getting
things done. I overthink too much, and as a result, I let stress take over me.
● Me, I want to see Soon:
○ I will focus my attention on my freedoms rather than my limitations
■ I want to learn how to make the best out of every situation by focusing on
what I can control rather than on the things I can’t control.
○ I will take time to breathe and recharge.
■ I want to learn to take it easy, even when deadlines are approaching.
■ I want to implement healthy habits into my schedules, such as daily
exercise and personal care.
