Final Project: Word
For the past seven years, Nelson and Cleveland, Inc. have been using the same cars for
their company’s transportation needs. Not only is the company eager for a change, but are also
actively searching for four new, dependable vehicles to replace the fleet that currently serves
their staff. The rapid advancements in modern cars are making it challenging for Nelson and
Cleveland, Inc. to purchase a vehicle that ultimately can meet all the company’s needs. The
vehicles selected must be able to serve the Fleet Service for the next five years, per their request.
After looking into the automotive industry and all its options, we beyond confident that we will
still be able to choose the best fit for Nelson and Cleveland, Inc. that surpasses all expectations
and needs.
The four-door cars I selected—a 20243Hyundai Elantra, a 2024 Toyota Prius, a 2024
Honda Accord, and a 2024 Honda CR-V—are the ones I believe will best serve the company in
the long run. Standard sedan models include the Accord and Elantra. This is the kind of car that
you typically see commuting. An SUV is what the Honda CR-V is categorized as. SUVs
typically offer plenty of space, making it ideal for the business to transport several people at
once. And last, the Toyota Prius. Since this car is a hybrid, it will be able to save the business
money on fuel.
First, let's talk about the price. The Honda Accord is a Class C sedan with a starting price
of $27,875. On the other hand, the Accord costs between $27,875 and $38,890. Even now, the

average MSRP is $33,382.50. The MSRP of the 2024 Honda CR-V is $29,500 USD.
The SUV that I select is also the one that the Nelson and Cleveland fleet needs. The hybrid
Toyota Prius is a great match for the business. At $27,950, the Prius is priced somewhat less than
the Pilot in this category. Not to be overlooked is the Hyandi Elantra, which retails for a mere
$21,625 at its lowest price. "Depending on the popularity of the car model, a good price for a car
is on average 4 to 8 percent more than the Wholesale Price" states Consumer Reports. (Ingram)
All of the cars I selected for the business fit well inside our budget.
The 2024 Honda Accord offers the business an abundance of excellent features. "There is
a reason why it is number 1 in Midsize Sedans, with smooth sailing, quiet drivetrain, and
spacious interior, this vehicle is a great choice" writes author Bob Hernandez in the article
"Honda Accord."(Hernandez). This demonstrates that the 2024 Honda Accord is the best car in
the industry and the ideal vehicle for an enjoyable trip. Looking at the 2024 Honda CRV, authors
Austin Irwin and Eric Stafford in the article “2024 Honda CRV”, quote “…rating the highest in
SUV’s, the CR-V passes with flying colors across the board, providing fantastic safety features
including lane keep assist, front end collision alert, break assist and adaptive cruise control”.
(Irwin and Stafford) This car's many features make it ideal for the company's drivers, ensuring
both their and the passengers' safety. The Toyota Prius, according to “U.S. News & World
Report” Noelle Riddle reviews the car stating, “Its 44-mile all electric driving range, 57 mpg
combined hybrid fuel economy rating, plus smooth and silent drive make this vehicle one of a
kind and great for commuting.” (Riddle) This is why Nelson and Cleveland Inc. would be the
perfect fit for the Toyota Prius. The Vehicle is a great fit for their needs in a reliable car for
commuting that provides great fuel economy. And lastly, the 2024 Hyundai Elantra. This car's
safety scores are above average according to review charts. In the article “Car and Driver
MLA

Report” Drew Dorian reviewed the Hyundai Elantra quoting, “Between driver drowsiness
monitoring, front collision assist, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, adaptive
cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist…” (Dorien) The list of safety features only
keeps going. Prioritizing safety is crucial, especially if one is regularly driving others around.
This is one of the reasons why the Hyundai Elantra would be another great option for Nelson and
Cleveland Inc. Each of the cars listed have amazing ratings and would highly satisfy each
employee for years to come.
In conclusion, I believe that3Nelson and Cleveland Inc.3are in dire need of a newer fleet
of reliable3vehicles. Beyond this research article, there is much more research being done to
determine which cars are the best. To demonstrate how each of these cars will be the ideal fit for
this organization, I have also used PowerPoint and Excel for this research project. The Hyundai
Elantra, Toyota Prius, Honda Accord, and Honda CR-V all receive favorable ratings and satisfy
all this company's requirements. To wrap things up, I want to conclude on a Bible verse, “And
my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
(Philippians 4:7, English Standard Version) As I continue my work with Nelson and Cleveland,
Inc. I firmly believe that the Lord will provide and guide the company down a route that brings
honor and glory to Him.
