Group leading Report
Introduction
In the past, I have had the opportunity to provide various services to society, which
has helped me acquire leadership skills and experience through teamwork as a group member
and leader in my local church. I am obliged to be granted an opportunity to facilitate a growth
group held at the local church hall on Thursday twenty-third September 2021. The meeting
will start at 10:30 am, and it will be attended by seven members who will take part in timed
sessions by providing messages of comfort and encouragement to each other. Consequently,
the meeting will have two key speakers who are experts in the field of counselling, therapists,
and health practitioners. The nature and purpose of this growing group is to provide young
adults aged 18 and above with evidence and guidance on the various challenges they may
encounter in places such as schools, workplaces, and societies.
Group dynamics, content, and process
The meeting started at precisely 10:30 am with a word of pray from one of the
members in attendance. After the prayer, I introduced myself by thanking the group for
giving me the chance to act as their facilitator since I was previously part of the group and
attended various programs that have helped me attain consistent growth in life. After the
introductory part, I introduced the group members and speakers who encouraged and
