Personal Introduction to Adulthood
In my immediate family it is my mom, Aniya of almost one (11) year, my brother who Is
(14) myself, and our poodle Bentley .My mom works full time at a packaging company making
boxes for different companies. I currently am employed as a Juvenile case manager in the county
which we reside in and working on my Masters. In our family, I am often considered the
caretaker as I help my mom take care of my brother because my mom works a lot, while my
mom is the peacekeeper and relaxed one.
In our family, we like to spend time together. As a family we enjoy traveling and trying
new foods, so far Mexican food is at the top of the list. When we are home we tend to work and
pamper ourselves. Through the years I have been going through a lot and my mom has become
my backbone if I needed anything. These experiences have made us stronger.
We have graced with a tremendous support system. My mom is my biggest support
system when I need anything, but I can also depend on my family to help. We are a tight knitted
close family who do not like to see one another struggle. When I needed help with my daughter
with special needs I could always count on my family to take her to appointments or just watch
her when she is sick. Through them is the place I have learned numerous life-sparing abilities
and acquired direction and support in difficult occasions. Without this family and my own
family, we would not have the help that we frantically need to exceed expectations throughout
everyday life.
Theoretical Perspectives of Development
Post formal thought according to Perry

DEVELOPMENTAL ANALYSIS 2
As per Berger, post formal however is considered to go past the fourth phases of fourth
operational idea, which is characterized by Piaget (Berger, 2014). Perry's hypothesis of
psychological and moral improvement is gotten from his investigations of understudies. This
hypothesis involves four phases of good and mental advancement, which understudies
understanding. These stages incorporate dualism, variety, relativism, and responsibility
(Broderick and Blewitt, 2015). These four phases are then isolated into nine stages (Broderick
and Blewitt, 2015).
Dualism, the primary stage, is understanding that each issue has an answer. This is seen
when undergrads take in the right answers and comply with those in the situation of power
(Broderick and Blewitt, 2015). When I originally begun school, I was eighteen years of age. In
school, I felt there was just a single answer for each issue. While in school, I accepted that my
teachers were in every case right, and they had the responses for everything. In my second year
at school, I progressed into the variety stage and after that the relativism arrange. In the
assortment, I discovered that there could be various responses to an issue. At that point when I
accomplished the relativism organize, I comprehended that I could think of my own reaction to
issues.
Adult Attachment and Relationships
As indicated by Broderick and Blewitt, "Companion/sentimental accomplice custom
spotlights on friend connections in connection to grown-up" (Broderick and Blewitt, 2015, p.
440). The three types of connection in a grown-up can incorporate secure, avoidant, and on edge.
By and by, in my young grown-up improvement, I am in a secure and protected connection. I
will meet new individuals and make new companions. I don't have trust issues any longer;
nonetheless, I will in general discover pessimistic attributes in individuals. My attachment with

my mom and daughter is secure, as well. I am actively in a relationship and have been in a
relationship for six years this month, total. Our relationship is the thing that we influence it and
us to don't really fit in with societal standards for a relationship. Our relationship is two-sided,
and it requires exertion from the two gatherings.
In past connections, I felt exceptionally shaky. I was in a harsh relationship. This
relationship could have been considered as avoidant on the grounds that I would not like to cause
any issues or address my loved one at the time. In this relationship, I stowed away and neglected
to successfully impart. This relationship gave subjective advancement, which I expected to
participate in better correspondence and connections aptitudes. For a timeframe, my connection
style was considered as avoidant. I would persistently contend and decline to bargain. Presently, I
willing to be considerate and talk better. These previous six years with my significant other has
enabled me to comprehend the significance of opening up and talking about it and being
considerate.
Career Development Process: Supers Approach
As of now, I feel that I am in the foundation phase of Super's Career Development
Theory... I currently serve as a local Juvenile case manager. I feel accomplished for getting this
job for not having much experience except for working at a detention center for almost a year. I
am stable in my current position; however. I have been with this agency for almost a year and I
am still learning the requirements of the position. I have a positive outcome with most of my
associates. This office has place for development, in this way I might want to change more into
being a therapist which I can do with the job I am at now, but I would like to have my own
private practice. In order to gain this advancement, I know that I need to finish with my masters,
get my hours and take the state exam.

Identity Development
Erikson's psychosocial stage address life from earliest stages to adulthood. Right now, I
am connected with the youthful grown-up stage, which is eighteen to thirty-five years old. In this
stage, "individuals will in general look for a partner and love" (David, 2014, para. 10). In this
stage, I got into a steady relationship. Before this relationship, I encountered disaster, which
made me detach myself. This detachment is basic when one is unsatisfied in a relationship.
David states, "Critical connections at this stage are with conjugal accomplices and companions"
(David, 2014, para. 11). This can be found in my life as my relationship.
Personality and Temperament
There are five major identity attributes. These attributes include: receptiveness, good
faith, extraversion, suitability and neuroticism. The attribute of receptiveness characterized by
Cherry expresses, "this quality highlights attributes, for example, creative energy and
understanding, and those high in this characteristic will in general have an expansive scope of
interests" (Cherry, 2018, para. 8). This identity is one that I most nearly relate as well. I feel that I
am extremely innovative and open to attempting to new things. I like to handle the current
undertaking and handle new difficulties. I like to thing fresh, so I take a gander at them in a
conceptual way.
Family Life Cycle
The family life cycle is broken into six (6) phases. These stages include: leaving home,
joining of families through association, families with youthful kids, families with young people,
propelling children and proceeding onward and in conclusion, families in later life. When I was
18, I left home and set off for college. At 21 years old, I entered the phase of joining of families

through partnership phase. I have not entered some other stages yet; be that as it may, we are
getting ready for the families with younger children.
Culture, Religion and Well Being
Religion and prosperity are critical to me in my life. As a Christian, I need to think about
my spiritual growth, and additionally, my prosperity. I do go to church most of the time as,
regardless I see the significance in developing in my confidence and faith. As an adult, I find it
easier to talk to God and going to church just makes it better for me because I may not always
have the right words to pray and I just need to hear it from someone else. At my present age, I
have a superior comprehend of god's identity, and how to carry on with an actual existence to
serve him.
To more readily serve him, one should be sincerely and physically fit.
Although I have experienced some health issues, despite everything I comprehend the
significance of remaining sound and keeping up my prosperity. In my physical prosperity, I feel
good and upheld when I know my confidence in God is solid. This confidence encourages me
comprehend that he is available in my critical crossroads and will be my help. This can reason
that my physical prosperity is straightforwardly connected to my otherworldly prosperity. As my
age has advanced, I have discovered that God isn't a prop. He ought to be viewed as an
equivalent accomplice. He is there to help me in my life until the point when he chooses to that I
have fulfilled my need on this Earth. My development with the Lord, has improved me a lady,
partner, and professional.
Ending Well

DEVELOPMENTAL ANALYSIS 2
As I progress in age, the dread of mortality has turned out to be less unnerving. As life
advanced, I have gone to the understanding that I will live until the end of time. I have built up
the understanding that once I have fulfilled my need here on Earth, the lord will call me home to
serve him. I do have the dread that I will pass on and leave my daughter behind, not having the
ability to have any more kids and the capacity to go through every one of the cycles of life. I
would love to travel the world, endure giving birth again and just enjoying life. When I do die,
I pray that it is a fast acting death such as dying either in my sleep or some type of instant death.
I do not want to suffer a long, painful death (i.e. cancer, stroke, heart attack). If I were to die in
my sleep or a sudden death, I feel as though it would not affect my family as much as watching
me suffer would. In the case of my death, I would like my eulogy to read, Raven looked at
life like an adventure. Everyone had their own thoughts of her as she has ups and downs. Many
people loved her, and loved her charisma. She always seen the beauty in everyone around her.
She failed to see the negativity in many people, she always looked for the beauty in them. Her
positivity and her charismatic way will be missed by all, but her love and positivity would be
carried on through us. Caring, loving, and positive, Raven proved that life was worth living and
she live the best life she could. Now she hopes everyone can live on knowing that she was happy
before she pasted on.”
