CQ Introduction
In the current era, whether in business or ministry, the world around us is increasingly
diverse. With this diversity comes a significant opportunity to impact individuals from many
walks of life. However, this opportunity also brings challenges. Ting-Toomey and Chung note,
“The underlying values of a culture (e.g., individual competitiveness versus group harmony)
