I. Introduction
In 2019 there were over 34.0 million people in poverty according to the United States Census
Bureau (census.gov). after 2019 this became the fifth consecutive decline in poverty. From 2014
the poverty rate has fallen by 4.3 percentage points, but the numbers still are consecutively high.
It is noted that people who are in poverty have harder or cannot get health care
(commonwealthfund.org). Going to a doctor for one who is in poverty can be a stressful task,
they typically have to call off work and not make any money, they sometimes have to find
someone to watch their kids if they have any, and then the payment of the appointment. Reading
and learning about this topic, I plan to build a health clinic that is adaptable, accessible, and open
for range of time for the people who work full time jobs do not have to take off or leave early. I
