Summarize the Responses to “What does the term ‘Gospel’ mean to You?”
The first person that I chose to view my video was one of my neighbors, Monica. Her
response to the term Gospel was that she has heard of it before, and it was a story about how
Jesus came down to Earth to show the people how to live.
The second person that I chose to view my video was a close friend of mine, Javier. His
response to the term Gospel was that he has heard of it before and quite frequently when he was
growing up. Javier grew up in a Christian home, his dad was a pastor. He said that the Gospel
was about Jesus coming down to Earth and providing a way to live so that the followers of Jesus
can have a way to God, our Abba Father.
The third person that I chose to view my video was another neighbor of mine, Pink. His
response to the term Gospel was that he hasn’t heard of it before. Pink said that he was raised in
the Mormon faith, and he was in an abusive family. He proceeded to say, “Please let me know
about the Gospel”.
