3. America witnessed a seismic shift in the landscape of mental health, revealing
vulnerabilities and disparities previously obscured by the hustle and bustle of

a narrative of resilience strained by isolation, economic upheaval, and shattered
routines, echoing the urgency for comprehensive support and intervention.
