One of my favorite memories is something that is very special to me it’s the day my grandpa
baptized me a long with my Pastor Doug. I joined the church during revival in August of 2008. In October
of 2008 during our church picnic at Naylor’s Beach I got baptized in the Rappahannock River. Being
grandpa’s girl and with him being my biggest support it was very dear to my heart. Right before I got
baptized I just thought Pastor Doug was going to baptize me, but with my grandfather being a deacon of
the church he also got to baptize me. This memory is something I will remember forever and will never
forget.
