To validly study a student, an educator can use a single-subject. A research method is a valuable
tool that provides ways to document interventions. All levels and all situations can be measured
using this design. Single-subject design helps the educator recognize the need for interventions,
figure out preventative measurements, provide the intervention, take added measurements, and
determine effective interventions. Sigle-subject design is thought to be a successful intervention
that can cause a lot of significant changes in status. The benefit of single-subject methods is that
there are multiple ways to validate a study of an individual student. There are 3 phases for a
single-subject design. Measurement, baseline, and treatment are the phases that are repeated. The
dependent variable is measured during the baseline phase. It is a repeated method to ensure there
is an accurate baseline for guidance. Since this the beginning, the intervention offered is re is no
at the time because the research is needed to show a true reflection of the student’s needs. The
internal validity of the study can be assumed. Extraneous events can cause a compromise of
internal validity. The other factors or variables in the study can remain uninfluenced by internal
validity. Regardless of data collection, valid and reliable measures should used. Data be
gathering is a reactive situation that can cause particular problems ( . The Check, & Schutt, 2012)
researcher wants measures that not influence the responses that are given by people. The other do
area that helps make a study valid for an individual student informed consent. Discussions is
with possible participants help the organization of a single-subject design during the research.
