I recorded the highest score of 73% in the conflict resolution style of being a problem
solver. I prefer resolving conflict by first presenting a level ground for every party to present
their issues before we begin addressing them together. Hence, I completely agree with y scores
regarding this conflict resolution style because it is the one that I use most. My lowest scoring,
