ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS 2
Abstract
Organizational analysis creates opportunities to identify issues and promote strong problem-
solving approaches. Leadership within organizations should focus on strategic planning and
goals, the overall mission, structure and practices, day-to-day operations, and financial goals
when executing organizational analysis. Accomplishment of the identified areas are strengthened
by incorporating theoretical approaches. A transformation of thought and understanding how
organizations engage in problem-solving created an overall deeper knowledge. Organizational
behavior can be challenging to identify and properly address problems. The most significant
transformation in understanding how organizations tackle problem solving relates to the different
theorical approaches identified throughout the course. Leadership can miss the mark when
conducting organizational analysis to solve problems. Along with knowledge obtained in the
course, the identification of specific learning experiences that contributed to this impactful
learning strengthened learner knowledge. Adopting strong problem-solving skills will enhance
leadership abilities for course learners. The insights gained will strengthen the ability to
proactively solve problems that may be complex in nature.
ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS 3
Insight Promoting Understanding on Organizational Problem-Solving
The ability to identify and resolve problems and issues within an organization creates a
healthy workspace for administrative teams and staff members. The adoption of impactful
organizational practices that address problems lead to the overall achievement of a company.
According to Mladenova (2022) organizations are faced with changes that are constant or
gradual over time that push for a quick redirection of strategies, operations, business models, and
structures. The ability for organizations to handle changes is key to overall success. Theorical
approaches can assist with organizational integrity when addressing problems that chip away at
the structural composition of a company. The most significant transformation in understanding
how organizations tackle problem solving relates to the different theorical approaches identified
throughout the course. Literature has shown leadership can miss the mark when conducting
organizational analysis to identify and address problems.
The necessity of structure creates an important lens when analyzing the make-up of
organizations. Meaningful analysis begins with identifying if staff have a clear understanding of
the organizational structural make-up. This creates a path to assist with the establishment of
communication that is efficient and strengthens organizations with overall growth. The emphasis
on a structural theoretical approach created a greater sense of apparent organizational gaps that
may exist if leadership falls short in this area. Problems within an organization are inevitable.
The frequent occurrence of problems pushes Christians to respond in ways that shape us.
Problematic situations should be addressed according to how God has directed us in scripture.
The overarching goal is that God will be glorified in each of the challenging areas presented in
the workplace. Members of any organization should be guided by the following scripture,
“Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans” (The Holy Bible, New

International Version, Proverbs 16:3). Organizational leadership should seek strength from God
and assistance with problems. God will move in the situation when Christians leave the success
of the problem with Him. Settled thoughts and the peace of knowing God will fix the issue will
be the result.
Contribution of Learning Experiences
Adult learners benefit significantly from on-demand access to learning. The readings
supported efforts to critically synthesize concepts and theoretical approaches presented during
the course. Along with course readings, assignments fostered opportunities to apply the
knowledge gained during each module. Course readings and assignments were vital to learner
success because content was broken into modules that allowed completion over the course of a
week. The different aspects of content could be referenced at later times due to the organization
of weekly readings and assignments. Manageable pieces support the ability for learning to occur
on deeper levels. The scripture tells us, “Wisdom?is better than weapons of war, but one sinner
destroys much good” (The Holy Bible, New International Version, Ecclesiastes?4:9-10). The
ability to acquire knowledge and apply it to situations, especially those that are difficult, equips
Christians more than weapons. Education is the actual weapon that can yield a lifetime of
benefits.
Insights Gained to Strengthen Leadership
Adopting strong problem-solving skills will enhance organizational leadership. The
insights gained will strengthen the ability to proactively solve problems that may be complex in
nature. Results can promote stronger teams who work together to achieve organizational goals
and unify staff. Movement toward common goals and reliance on teamwork is supported in
scripture, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of
