Introduction of the Problem
Eastern Florida State College’s (EFSC) mission is to provide affordable learning opportunities, quality teaching, and the
lifelong learning center for our diverse community. Located in Brevard County Florida, EFSC’s annual enrollment is over 20,000.
There are four campuses that span from north to south Brevard in Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Titusville and an online campus.
The problem identified developed from EFSC’s post COVID-19 organization restructuring and centralization of numerous
departments. The College’s administrative leadership was completely revamped with appointed leadership of Associate Vice
Presidents, for Academics, Student Services, Human Resources, Athletics, Financial Services, and Information Technology. Each
