Clients Window
This window opens when you select the clients option on the main window. At the top of the
window you have a combo box that when selected gives you three options to choose from for
client type. Then you have 3 text boxes labeled with what information is required to go in these
boxes.
At the bottom of the window you have 3 buttons for save, edit, and delete.
Contracts Window
This window is opened by selecting the contracts option on the main screen. At the top of the
window, you have two text boxes labeled with the information that is required to fill them in.
Then you have a combo box that is used to select the contact type, if fixed price or license is
selected a text box appears with a label for the user to enter the total amount. You also have 2
text boxes to enter the start and end dates for the project. You have a check box to enter possible
products needed for the project. Then at the button of the page is 3 buttons for save, edit, and
delete.
Projects Window
This window is opened if the project button is selected on the main page. First you have 4 text
boxes labeled with the information needed to fill them in such as name, maintenance term, start
and end date. You then have a combo box that’s used to select the service level agreement: high,
medium, and low. Next you have a text box to be able to appoint the manager of the project.
Finally you have 4 buttons add, edit, modify, and delete.
