Interview Paper
This paper discloses the answers and opinions of an employee from The Lafayette
Council on Aging as well as an individual who is a member of the elderly cultural group. At

enlightened me about his experience as a part of the elderly population.

mission is to provide compassionate services to the elderly population of Lafayette Parish while
