Abstract
Life is a rollercoaster. It has its ups and downs. Through the I obstacles I faced in this
life; I grasped a lesson that would lead me to something greater. My mother had a premature
birth that would lead to weight issues in my infancy stage. I exhibited a development delay of
language in my toddlerhood. This led to frustration and other emotions. I experienced separation
anxiety at preschool due to being apart my parents. Loss of a close family member led to
symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression in my late adolescence stage. This was a dark period
of my life, however, this led to the onset of my spiritual development. My developmental process
was not easy. I experienced positive and negative moments in my life. As a result, I missed a
milestone that would later have an effect on my early adulthood stage. Nonetheless, through
support from family and friends, I have developed to be the individual I am in this society.
