Organization: Quality Care Solutions.
Audience analysis: My audience children ages 10-17 of all gender and race, all
whom have mental heath problems, diagnosis, suicidal
thoughts, experience property, and who are all on the
same program in the state of NC. They are either in
school, employed or unemployed.
Topic: Talking about mental health helps improve our communities
by making it more acceptable for those suffering from
mental illness to seek helps, learn to cope, and get on the
road to recovery.
General Goal: To inform the audience how mental health is relevant to
anyone.
Specific Goal: I want to inform my audience about mental health and how
important it is that children grow and learn when allowed the
opportunity to develop healthy relationships with positive
adults, where love and care is administered like the love, care
and patients of our God according to Scripture (2 Cor.12:7-
10; John 14:27; Peter 5:7; Galations 6:10; Philippian 2:4).
Introduction:
I. Get Attention
Many youth who are in need of our services have already experienced
disappointments, displacements, and rejections. It is our duty at Quality Care
Solutions, Inc. to provide a constructive climate in which change may take
place and to emphasize the positive aspects of each child and not reject him or
her because of negative behaviours.
II. Establish Relevance
Our goal is to give the most to as many people as possible. Therefore we pray
that God gives each staff member the love, creativity, skill, and wisdom he or
she needs, to help those that are without and in need. Most of all, Quality Care
Solutions, Inc.is here to serve our children to the best of our ability with all
that God has given.

Employed for the pass 3 years as an Certified Peer Support Speciatist (CPSS).
I have provided mental health services to many individuals who suffers from
mental illness and also where I gain the knowledge and experience of my
work.
IV. State the Thesis
Our employees here are committed to the well-being of their clients, being
compassionate and connecting with each individual that we become involved
with. The healthier and happier our clients are, the better we feel about the
services we provide to them.

and adolescents.

I. Main Point 1. Our goal is to incorporate positive changes in the lives of our
youth by encouraging them to be confident and ulitize their full potential so
that they may become contributiting citizens of the community..
A. We provide a combination of services including an on staff substance
abuse counselor, atherspist, and a certified teacher.
B. We concentrate on building relationships as well as collaborating with
the community.
C. We assist consumers with educational and independent living program
that services the need of individuals who need additional care.
Transition: Everyone, nonetheless, has the right to receive in a timely
manner care that meets the highest standards for quality health care.

right to high quality care, and move to assure that quality care becomes
universal.
A. Having an open, free-spirited culture where employees are able to express
