• There are different types of support that are needed to implement an
action plan. First, an organizational plan needs to be implemented with
appropriate members of the the organization to be involved in the
decision making process or be informed of reasoning and nature for
future plans (Ortmeier & Meese, 2010). Second, the community should
be informed of a plan to recieve community support (Ortmeier & Meese,
2010).The third is consumer, which is those who are consumers of the
plan being informed of the nature, scope, and intent (Ortmeier & Meese,
2010).The fourth is entity, which is responsible for approval of a budget
which is a strategy that must be developed to justify the budget to all
other stakeholders (Ortmeier & Meese, 2010). The last is other
organizations, which means if the plans involve other organizations and
agencies,liaisonsshouldbeestablishedwithinthem(Ortmeier&Meese,2010)
