Living peacefully and harmoniously in society is mainly propelled by the ability to have
equal opportunities to express our thoughts and feelings. While we live in various environments,
such as in the family, workplace, or other social avenues that are founded on various facts, truths,
and beliefs, it is vital to create a platform where people are accorded the privilege to air out what

Suppose two environments exist, where one confronts brutal facts and ensures tremendous
opportunity for people to be heard and another one that inhibits such privileges for the people. In
the latter environment, it is without a doubt that there will be injustices, mistrust, and poor and
uninformed decision-making that will result in unethical practices. However, in the former
environment, the community will live in harmony, love, and mutual understanding and there will
be minimal chances of unethical and biased relationships and practices.
