Administration of Justice Organizations is the process by which the legal system of a
government is executed. The goal is to of such administration is to provide justice for all those
accessing the legal system. It is a crucial part of our democracy that is designed to prevent and
control crimes, shield the public harm, provide detention and rehabilitation services, and also to
ensure equal justice for all citizens through the judicial system.
My worldview in regards to the subject of administration of justice organizations is on
both sides, the positive and the negative. On the positive side of the worldview you have people
like myself, with the mindset and career goals to become a criminal investigator, forensic
psychologist, detective, and so on. But, having witnessed the police brutality, racially motivated
attacks, people not wanting to follow rules dealing with COVID, and the unjust murders of
African American people. I can say that all of this can negatively impact people from wanting to
work in the Criminal Justice system, but not for me. The reason is because I want to be able to
make a change, yes making a change seems like a lot of work and cooperation from fellow team
members. But, I believe that if the community has members of the criminal justice community
they would feel safer.
I want to be able to let the community know that if they are having any sort of problems
they can always count on someone from the criminal justice system, that they should not feel
embarrassed, scared, or neglected in any way. We’ve been dealing with a lot this past year, many
of which have been the murders of African Americans and we cannot forget about COVID
having a huge impact on the death numbers. We need to be able to work togther during these
harsh times but that is not what the world and our communities are thinking. 1 Peter 3:8 Finally,
all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. To
me this means that we have to be unified around one way of thinking, we should be emotionally
3
moved and sincerely interested in the feelings of others. Also, that we need to be ready to show
each other that we are compassionate and kind-hearted and to be able to support each other and
focus our attention on others. There may be many that have a different opinion than myself, but I
hope that one day we can all meet in the middle and make the justice system and equality for
everyone. We need to be able to learn and accept each others cultures, beliefs, color, and so on.
God created all of us equally.
Whether you support crime control or due process, punishment or rehabilitation, we all
must come together to create a fair justice system. We need to ensure that the guilty face
consequences and the innocent are freed. There are three main bodies that make up the criminal
justice system; law enforcement, courts and corrections/rehabilitation. The task for law
enforcement is to implement law and order; courts is to apply the law to specific controversies
brought before them, and the corrections/rehabilitation is to facilitate the successful reintegration
of the individuals back to their communities by providing education, treatment, rehabilitative,
and restorative programs.
The administration of Justice Organizations have a great task to help out the community
but we need to all learn how to work together and agree on certain aspects on how to deal with
them. We need to not only see what we want or believe what we want, we need to actually do our
research and follow the hierarchy dealing with courts, corrections, rehabilitation and be able to
determine what is the best for the person. Also, the community needs to be able to do their part
and not cause certain problems or lie about certain people/problems. This world needs to learn to
work together in order for the system to be respected and everyone feel safe. Like I mentioned
before not everyone will agree but as for me, after witnessing brutality, crimes, and so on, I still
4
want to be part of the Justice system and be part of the change for everyone to feel safe and work
together.
