Facts
One adult male in a pickup truck was driving westbound and had crossed the centerline of the
roadway. The driver then struck a guardrail before stopping. A second vehicle, traveling
eastbound and driven by a female with a passenger, struck the first vehicle after attempting to
avoid striking it and sustained various injuries and damage to the passenger side of the vehicle.
