Abstract
It is the purpose of promotional strategies in marketing to inform, convince or recall consumers
and B2B users and influence their point of view to generate a positive response. The focus of this
discussion post will be on the different aspects of promotion in marketing, including the
promotional strategies and tactics for achieving them. Biblically, Christianity is a brand created
by Jesus, which continues to exist today. A promotional mix is also used to market a product,
which includes personal selling, e-commerce, sales promotion, traditional advertising, and social
media. Additionally, the Bible indicates promotional outreach to the lapsed, unchurched and the
suffering. Promoting awareness, retaining loyal customers, promoting the use of new products,
educating prospective clients, and finding new customers are some of the suggestions included in
the promotional strategy.

Introduction
Promotion strategies are used with marketing plans to boost a product’s demand. Promoting
a product or service is a technique that firms use in advertising, sales promotion, and personal
selling (Pepels, 2021, p. 35). It is crucial to raise product awareness and thus revenue to
determine an organizations promotional strategy based on factors such as the product type,
