Course and Definition
Strategic allocation of resources is a course in Business Management taught at the
university. The course presents an in-depth analysis of cost management principles that are
intended to help companies and organizations develop a systematic approach to allocation of
resources, income and cost management methods and strategies to promote the competitive
advantage in any organization. Building a long-term customer base and having shareholders and
workers who can benefit just as much as the company is the primary goal of any business. For

plan with the company's main goals and objectives, managers are in a position to allocate the
resources in such a way that will be beneficial to the entire organization. Furthermore, managers
need to ensure that they build well-established strategies so that they can make critical business

being and success of companies for short-term and long-term objectives. The course focuses on
educating students on how corporate managers use various approaches and techniques to produce
long-term value and income for organizations. In addition to how accounting standards and
financial decision-making tools help the company concentrate and prepare for its long-term
profit-making strategy. The goal of cost control techniques is to help the organization prosper by
