This study published by Al-Swidi, Gelaidan, and Saleh (2021) was entitled “The joint impact of
green human resource management, leadership, and organizational culture on employees’ green
behavior and organizational environmental performance,” that discusses issues about how green
organizational culture is influenced by ecological awareness, sustainable resource management,
and green proactive personality. This also relates well with the research topic as it explains fondly
how it has been demonstrated that an organization's operational efficiency and its workers' green
behavior are significantly positively correlated with its green organizational culture. The connec-
tion between ecological concern, green resource management, green proactive personality, and
employees' green behavior is also crucial and is mediated by green corporate culture. By analyz-
ing these associations and evaluating the relationship between the variables, this work adds
uniqueness to the body of knowledge on green behavior. It also provides advice for those in man-
agerial positions on how to foster an ecologically friendly organizational culture by maximizing
