fundamental in achieving a competitive advantage for businesses. Through the production of
quality goods, reduction of cost, and customer satisfaction, the six sigma concept helps in
increasing business profits.

processes results in a reduction in the cost of poor reduction. Similarly, customer satisfaction has

perspective of the six sigma role concept is Ecclesiastes 10:10, which states. "If the iron is blunt,

This verse encourages people to have the necessary wisdom in their work in order to be successful.
In a business setting, wisdom can be equated to the knowledge and skill in enhancing business

In the competitive business environment, Businesses need six sigma role to achieve quality
products to gain a competitive advantage over other businesses. The tools and techniques provided
by the concept allow for customer satisfaction through the production of quality gods. Similarly,
the customers and other stakeholders develop trust towards the business, further increasing its
profits. Notably, defects can have significant effects on businesses, such as causing massive losses
through delays and low-quality production, hence the need to eliminate them. Therefore, through
