Mutual Adoption of Soft Systems Methodology, Co-Creation, Enterprise Architecture,
and Balanced Scorecard for Continuous Assessment and Improvement of Programmes on
Integrated Care for Multimorbid Patients. Systemic Practice & Action Research, 37(4),
351–386. https://doi.org/10.1007/s11213-023-09648-w
The authors of this study recognize the diversity of healthcare and information
technology practices for managing integrated care for multimorbid patients (IMM).
However, they also note a lack of a unified perspective on these practices. The study,
which adopts the soft systems methodology (SSM), acknowledges that this model does
not provide a clear path for implementing continuous assessment specific to healthcare
and IT practices in an integrated manner to achieve the goals and outcomes of IMM. As a
solution, the authors propose the development of a synchronized synthesis design, a best
practice in IMM that can be used as a scorecard for the continuous assessment and
improvement of programmes on integrated care for IMM.

perceptions of participating in the activity. A Pearson correlation efficiently concluded
there is a significant correlation between community service and a sense of feeling better.
Jabr, W., Ghoshal, A., Cheng, Y., & Pavlou, P. (2023). Maximizing Online Revisiting and
Purchasing: A Clickstream-Based Approach to Enhancing Customer Lifetime Value.
Journal of Management Information Systems, 40(2), 470–502.
https://doi.org/10.1080/07421222.2023.2196778
The authors in this study have developed two-stage models that will help retailers predict
a long-term relationship with customers, encouraging customers to transition to a
customer lifetime value instead of a single-time purchase. The authors understand that
approximately 98% of customers do not purchase the first website visit, but after multiple
visits, customers shortlist the items needed and conclude the purchase. The authors
developed two-stage models that include reviewing the propensity of the customer to visit
the store's website and creating a stochastic model that incorporates customer
heterogeneity as a prediction of revisitation of the website.

This study was conducted in several banks in Nigeria, using descriptive and inferential
statistics to test. 394 clients were randomly selected, and the goal of this study is to
investigate the correlation between perceived organization support (POS), service quality
(SERVQ), and customer satisfaction (CS). The authors detail the importance of achieving
the highest customer satisfaction amid the highly competitive market and the desire to
maintain a solid customer base. At the end of the study, it was concluded that there is a
connection between POS and CS and that banks ought to maintain compliance with the
required standards to provide excellent customer service.
Grow Your Practice, Expand Your Brand. (2024).KChiropractic Economics,K10, 66–69.
This study encompasses marketing strategies and ideas to increase awareness of
chiropractic services within a community. Small businesses can maintain open doors
long-term by strengthening their brand knowledge through effective marketing strategies.
In this article, the authors emphasize that it is critical to recognize and use current
marketing trends, such as artificial intelligence, to process data and understand the
targeted audience, use social media to increase digital presence, and partnerships with
similar businesses. Another way to build the brand is to target underserved demographics,
especially in healthcare. Underserved people face severe health disparities. A medical
practice that helps this patient population improve health outcomes gains trust, which
then is translated to word spread about the practice to others.

Performance Evaluation in Auditing Firms.KJournal of Accounting, Auditing &
Finance,K37(4), 902–927. https://doi.org/10.1177/0148558X20962915
This study is designed for auditing firms and aims to establish a framework for
performance evaluation using five key elements: learning and growth, financials, clients,
audits-related perspectives, and internal business processes. The authors claim that the
International Standard on Auditing (ISA) only highlights the importance of human
resources and internal processes; however, it fails to incorporate performance
measurement in an ever-dynamic environment. An auditing system should include
performance measurements that include external and internal peer reviews, performance,
and benchmarks.

Rodrigues, P., Sousa, A., Lopes, J., & Borges, A. P. (2024). How does brand authenticity affect
Brand hate-love relationships and buying intention? The moderating role of brand
personality.KJournal of Brand Strategy,K12(4), 381–403.
https://doi.org/10.69554/lysg9077
This study concerns two significant concepts. The first is the impact of brand authenticity
(BA) on the relationship between brand hate (BH) and brand love (BL). The second
focuses on brand personality (BP) and how it affects the relationship between BA, BH,
and BL. Questionnaires were provided to approximately 200 employees of the Ryanair
Airline brand, and the responses were analyzed using structural equation modeling (PLS-
SEM). The authors acknowledge that the relationships between consumers and a brand
can be positive (BL) or negative (BH), and emotions can heavily influence that
relationship. At the end of the study, it was found that BA has a positive impact on BL
and a negative one on BH. The BH has a negative influence on consumers’ buying
intentions.
Serban, R., & Ilienko, I. (2024). The Value of Standard Operating Procedures for Small
Businesses.KStrategic Finance, 1–7.
The article discusses the neglectful habit encountered in small and midsize businesses
that frequently disregard standard operating procedures (SPOs). The authors support
organizations, despite their size, in having SPOs in place and remaining compliant with
them because they are essentially approved manuals that list job descriptions, tasks,
processes, and procedures. SPOs also promote standardization, efficiency, safety, and
compliance with protocols. Several industries are mentioned throughout the articles to

illustrate the criticality of compliance with SPOs, as they prevent citations from
regulatory agencies such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Food
Modernization Act (FSMA), FAA, etc. The study concludes by saying that adherence to
SPOs demonstrates diligence to industry standards and saves organizations possible
citations and fines from regulatory agencies.

authorization strategy to queueing models. Production Planning & Control, 14(6), 533–
541. https://doi.org/10.1080/09537280310001621985K
This article explores integrating production authorization strategies with queueing models
to optimize inventory planning in supply chains. Dong analyzes how production control
policies, such as Kanban and base stock systems, can be aligned with queueing theory to
manage uncertainty in demand and supply. By modeling the supply chain as a series of
queues, the study provides a mathematical framework to predict better inventory levels,
lead times, and production schedules. This approach helps improve the efficiency of
supply chain operations by balancing production rates with customer demand. The
research offers valuable insights for supply chain managers seeking to optimize inventory
and production processes through more accurate demand forecasting and system
modeling.K
