ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING ASSIGMENT 2
Galactic (a fictitious corporation) distributes an extensive range of aerospace and
military-related goods and services from its numerous international branches. The organization
has much expertise in aeronautics, specifically regarding the manufacturing of military and
civilian aircraft. Furthermore, Galactic comprises various departments, including Cybersecurity
and Information Technology, Missiles and Fire Control, Training and Logistics, and
Cybersecurity and Information Technology. Space is entrusted with the development and upkeep
of exploration vehicles, satellites, and spacecraft, while Rotary and Mission Systems oversee the
assembly process for a wide variety of helicopters. The primary focal points encompassing the
domains of information technology, cybersecurity, training, and logistics pertain to the provision
of services to military personnel. Many sectors, such as defense and aerospace, have developed a
sense of dependence on the esteemed engineering and innovative technology offerings furnished
by Galactic. The organization assigns considerable importance to three critical domains:
customer service, innovation, and dependability.
Market
The aerospace and military industries are represented among the public and private
entities that comprise Galactic's customer base. The multinational corporation, whose operations
span across multiple countries, including the United States, has garnered global acclaim for its
proficiency in the field of military contracting. Galactic serves a wide array of clients within the
federal market, encompassing multiple branches of the United States military. However, the
central focus of the organization is directed towards the Air and Space Forces. In addition, the
organization engages in cooperative efforts with other governmental entities to provide allied
nations with military provisions and services. Moreover, Galactic offers its clientele innovative
technologies and novel solutions pertaining to space exploration, satellite communications, and

commercial cybersecurity. The recipients of such services are customers. The company's
clientele comprises enterprises operating in the telecommunications industry, satellite providers,
and other organizations in the private sector.
Galactic sets itself apart from its rivals, at least in part, by virtue of its steadfast
dedication to sustainability, prioritization of innovation, and adeptness in supervising extensive
operations. Considerable financial resources are allocated towards research and development to
guarantee that the company's innovative products and services can adequately meet the needs
and desires of its clientele. The organization has a notable history of innovative achievements in
the aerospace and military industries, specifically in covert technology, space exploration, and
missile defense. This comprehensive enumeration comprises several noteworthy
accomplishments. Smaller competitors may also necessitate support in managing extensive and
intricate projects; however, Galactic, an internationally renowned military contractor, is
equipped with the requisite resources and expertise to successfully accomplish such
undertakings. In addition, the organization's vast supply chain network and extensive global
presence empower it to provide dependable products and services to clients in every corner of
the world. To exhibit its resolute commitment to sustainability, the Galactic Corporation is
actively striving to decrease its ecological footprint. Due to its operations and supply chain, the
organization has set ambitious goals to reduce water usage, refuse production, and greenhouse
gas emissions.
Personal Contributions to the Organization
Establishing a culture that places a premium on innovation and collaboration, formulating
a distinct future vision, and directing the organization in a strategic direction toward its goals are
critical obligations that we bear as the senior management team of Galactic. Stakeholders and

employees are thus encouraged to aspire for excellence when the aerospace and defense sectors
have a vision that is both inspiring and crystal clear. Critical elements of the culture of
collaboration within our organization are cooperation, transparent communication, and the
exchange of information among personnel occupying diverse departments and positions.
Additionally, we prioritize meticulously understanding the requirements of our clients and
exceeding their expectations through the provision of superior, customized products and
services. Regarding matters such as ethical conduct, social responsibility, and environmental
sustainability, our overarching objective is to foster an organizational culture that highly values
accountability.
Role of Christianity at Galactic
Whitehead (2021) asserts that Christians exert a considerable influence on Gallactic since
their teachings and beliefs shape the conduct and thinking of the company's proprietors,
employees, and customers. A directive found in Colossians 3:23 urges individuals to diligently
pursue their endeavors while directing their attention towards the divine as opposed to worldly
concerns. Significant emphasis is placed on the notion that the utmost recompense one could
anticipate from the Lord in return for their labors is an inheritance. Jesus Christ, whom you
revere as Lord Christ, is the object of your deepest devotion. Integrity, compassion, honesty, and
regard for others are among the myriad ethical principles and values advocated by the Christian
faith (Admirand, 2019). Furthermore, Christian teachings highly prioritize the significance of
diligence and individual accountability. To exemplify moral judgment, social responsibility, and
ethical conduct in their professional endeavors, Cestia strongly advocates for the adoption of
these principles by their leaders and staff. This will contribute to the organization's success by
motivating and inspiring employees to devote greater effort, passion, and resolve to their tasks.
