According to Gallicchio (2017), the introduction of the Macintosh was one of the
significant milestones in this company that revolutionized the creation of personal technology.
This development placed Apple company at the forefront where it leads the industry. The high
innovation rate in Apple Company has made it a leading producer with iPhone, Mac, Apple Tv
and iPad. Although numerous efforts within this company put it on the map and enable it to
contend it the rival companies, market analysis and having a stable organizational goal have
played a critical role in promoting how this company works. Mist businesses work to create
helpful managerial practices that may place them at the top of the competition through their
operations.
For businesses such as Apple, the management must strive to lean on appropriate
approaches to develop quality products that may meet the current demand. The lean management
strategies used in any company benefits firms by eliminating the chances of remaining stagnant
in the various operation and service delivery methods. According to Anthony et al., 2018), the
focus given on these tactics is influential within the firm. They assist the respective company in
serving as the leading producer of the products meant to promote its overall functionality. The
current changes in the market require that all companies focus on better strategies that may help
meet this demand. The focus that Apple Company gave to its leading software platforms helped
create a more diverse and reliable way of changing the community's perception concerning these
tools and their effectiveness. Although numerous studies have focused on making Apple one of
the most competitive companies, minimal efforts are shown to how this company should focus
on the management to improve the relationship with customers. This research assessment aims at
