The data that was received from the surveys shows that adding new programs and events such as
social activities for adults and children were popular. The best way to look at this information
would be to separate the information by adults, families with children, and children to understand
the information more thoroughly. It would make sense to analyze the categories, adults, and
adults with children, because it will be the adults that are paying for the memberships. This will
allow the NCRCC to put themselves in the best position to cater to them. With the members that
are under the age of 46, the most popular section, more than likely have children that would need
activities. According to Ginsburg, play is essential to development because it contributes to the
cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and youth” (Ginsburg, 2007).
Next, the next popular category was for members under the age of 46, who requested activities
that were solely for children. This would give the assumption that the children would be
occupied while the adults enjoy other aspects of the club. This could add to the number of visits
from members that have children because the adults could bring the children along with them to
the club. With that stated, the by and large generally well known among all individuals was the
decision that the exercises that should be added are for grown-ups just, this was picked by 26%
of the individuals. This is a decent leftover portion that not all individuals would appreciate
having exercises that youngsters are welcome or occasions that are designed for kids. I would
prescribe that if the club chose to execute youngster agreeable exercises that they would find
them away from the grown-up centered exercises and occasions. Since most of the individuals
are beyond 46 years old and don't have revenue in a kid or family engaged exercises and
occasions, I would then suggest that the youngster and family engaged exercises to be joined at a
moderate movement. This is on the grounds that, generally, people don't care for unexpected
3
change, and the more somebody has been accomplishing something one way, the more the
individual in question may dismiss said change (Lourenco & Casey, 2013). What consolidating
these progressions at a more slow movement will do is permit the drawn-out individuals an
opportunity to become accustomed to the progressions or cycle out of the club enrollment. This
is a safety measure to not in any way, shape, or form lose most of the more seasoned individuals
in the club.

I believe proceeding with the current activity relying upon their level of accomplishment.
From the meetings that were at first assistance, the regular subject that continued emerging is
that the current activities we not up to desires. It is imperative to tell the individuals from the
forthcoming enhancements so they realize what's in store and look forward as well. It will
likewise assist them with defending expansions in their club expenses that emerge because of the
redesigns (Apgar, 2014). Their club is, as of now, endeavoring to improve a portion of the tasks,
for example, eating, yet with the new information given, I would make a stride back and see
what the individuals genuinely esteem and anticipate from the club. 41% of the club individuals
said they felt that growing the bar and parlor region was significant. This zone is, to a great
extent, utilized as a social territory and is critical to the club's individuals. Regarding the golf
tasks, 36% said that they might want to see an improvement to the driving reach, and 41% said
that they might want to see improvement in the short game practice territories. A decent
beginning to show individuals that the club is hoping to improve the offices improves the short
game practice territory first. This territory is a lot more modest in contrast with the driving reach
4
and might be snappier and less expensive to improve. The parlor territory is the place where I
would suggest improving straightaway. This is a significant piece of the club. The parlor and bar
are one of the social centers of the club that permits part to handily impart and meet one another
(Hudson, 2010). This space can likewise be utilized for restrictive occasions; this capacity makes
the space multipurpose and adds to its worth. The driving reach would be my next region to
improve. This region is enormous, and the finishing that might be required can set aside a decent
measure of effort to come to culmination. Along these lines, it is smarter, to begin with, different
upgrades that will give the individuals a speedier portrayal of where their club expenses are
going.
