: From a Biblical worldview, what is our obligation to help others succeed in
education and
peer review? Where is the line between truly helping others in contrast to
judging others? Support your answer
For a person to thrive in society, there are various biblical principles such as
compassion, humility, and caring for others. In Matthew 22:39. In this case,
helping others to succeed in education and peer review is one of the ways
we can practice what is written in the Bible. This is because if you help them,
you assist them in attaining their full potential in their different areas of
specialization. Although education and peer review can help us attain good
status and friendships in society, they are also important tools that can help
one gain insight to valuable knowledge. To succeed in education and peer
review we can provide guidance, support, mentorship, tutoring, and financial
assistance. We may also offer constructive feedback (Brown et al., 2022). For
instance, the discussions at Liberty University involve posting a thread and
giving responses that offer our course mates valuable information and
constructive feedback.
However, while we desire to help others, we may find ourselves judging them
because of various circumstances such as if the person who is asking for a
peer review has been given feedback severally on how to handle a task but
still they get it wrong. Judgment may come about if the course mates do not
desire to help others. Matthew 7:1 Judgment occurs due to a sense of
superiority, and it causes destruction. To avoid crossing the line while helping
others in peer review and education we can focus on a person's positive
traits
Systems development is a systematic process that includes phases such as
planning, analysis, design, deployment, and maintenance. When starting a
system analysis, planning is essential before any of the other parts can work
because if you don’t plan out what you are going to do, then all the other
parts of development are useless. For example, if you want to start a
business, you want to plan out what type of business. Afterward, you would
want to analyze the situation in that will it make a profit or not. If the
business decides that it will make a profit, then it will design logos and other
things for the business to be out in the marketplace. After design, the
business is deployed into the market. After some time, the business will have
wear and tear on it to the point where it needs maintenance so that it
doesn’t go out of business and cause the owner to go bankrupt. This is the
same way when it comes to the IT field. It is essential to plan what type of
system would be best for the company. Then we need to analyze the plan to
make sure that it will work for them or not. Then the IT professional should
design the system and when it’s up and running, it should be well
maintained so that it is running at its peak performance.
The scope of this project is to expand an existing company. For this
discussion, I will call it XYZ company. As you can see from the screenshot the
different sections are scheduled out at different times. They range from one
week to a year for maintenance.
The project schedule is as follows. Starting the structure of the cloud will take
a week to develop. The servers will take about three months to develop and
then networking will also take three months to develop. I know it’s not much
right now but I would appreciate feedback on this will help me understand
what I need to do on this project.

I enjoyed reading your post for this week's discussion. Your post is
comprehensive and informative. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I
agree with you that healthcare is important to individuals and society at
large. An unhealthy community will lead to a lack of productivity since a sick
person cannot work or be productive. I liked that you mentioned access to
healthcare as an important factor in a healthy community. According to Shi &
Singh (2021), the two objectives of healthcare delivery systems are to ensure
people have access to care and have quality cost-effective care.
Unfortunately for the United States healthcare system, that has been
unachievable for decades now as there is a great barrier to accessing quality
care and the high price of healthcare has made low-income citizens unable
to afford the cost of healthcare delivery. Currently, $469 billion is spent on
pharmaceuticals, fueled by prices which are higher than in any other country
and which continue to rise more steeply than inflation (Galvani et al., 2020).
For example, a vial of insulin costs approximately $300 in the U.S. compared
to $30 in Canada. The Bible says blessed is he that considereth the poor: the
Lord will deliver him in time of trouble (King James Bible, 2017, Psalm 41:1).
God wants healthcare providers, managers, and the government to put poor
citizens into consideration and make healthcare accessible and affordable for
not only the elites but also for the poor citizens who cannot afford the cost.
I agree with you that the United States is the complete opposite of the
delivery of healthcare in other developed countries like Canada, the United
Kingdom, and Germany. The United States healthcare system does not have
some form of universal healthcare coverage like in other industrialized
countries that provides universal coverage to all residents. Instead, it relies
primarily on a mix of private and public health insurance options, resulting in
a fragmented system with variations in coverage and access to care Canada
and Western European nations have used three basic models for structuring
their national healthcare systems (Rodin & de Ferranti, 2012). For instance,
in Canada, the government finances health care through general taxes, but
the actual care is delivered by private providers in a system based on
national health insurance (NHI). In the United Kingdom, in addition to
financing a tax-supported NHI program, the government manages the
infrastructure for the delivery of medical care, hence they operate most of
the country’s medical institutions under a national health system (NHS). In
Germany, they practice a socialized health insurance (SHI) system where
government-mandated contributions from employers and employees finance
health care. Private providers deliver health care services. Private, not-for-
profit insurance companies, called sickness funds, are responsible for
collecting contributions and paying physicians and hospitals (Shi & Singh,
2021).
