Change of conservative views and positions to penetrate new market
The provision of health benefits to domestic workers will have its own challenges and it is my
responsibility to fully prepare the employees. The first step should be educating the employees
on the positive side of this plan and how it is going to not only benefit them but the entire
organization. I would thus conduct enlighten programs which would educate the employees on
why they should embrace it. During these programs, cultural differences would be catered for as
it will cover different locations. Making then understand that the health sector is changing and
making the organization provide health benefits to the workers would help them have quality
healthcare. Although workers may have some differences, the organization’s diversity training
will not be affected significantly. The strategy used to express the importance of this decision
would play a critical role considering that most workers are not of conservatism views. What the
top management has to do is highlight the positive side of the project so that all the workers can
embrace it.
The most notable issue from the employees will be how the organization will raise the funds to
cater for the project. With the funds coming from a certain percentage of their salary, I would
concentrate on convincing them that they would spend less on this strategy and the quality of
services would be the best. A benchmarking meeting will be set to address any other issue which

the employees will be having. Through this, the employees will understand that having health
benefits through the organization saves them money because they health each other to stay
healthy. Also, a healthy workforce is always capable of delivering as the level of absenteeism is
minimum. The Bible talks of sharing with the less fortunate and giving a helping hand to our
brothers and sisters. In the book of Luke chapter verse 35, the Bible also talks on the need to help
others and expect no favors because the rewards will be high. Therefore, I would support this
move because, providing health benefits to workers ensure that we meet the requirements of the
Bible as all workers contribute to assist when one is faced with health issues. Doing so reduces
the cost which an employee would spend on his/her own.
