Article Review
I conducted my search on the internet and found an article which relates to industrial revolution.
The topic to this article is as follows: Methodology of Criteria Evaluation of Consequences of
the Industrial Revolution of the 21st Century. The review will cover the definition of the key
terms, summary of the selected article, a discussion of how the article relates to the selected
chapter and the key term and the citations to the article.
Definition of the key term
Consequences of the industrial revolution of the 21ST century- This refers to the possible result
or effects (negative or positive) of the 21st century revolution (Ragulina et al., 2015).
Summary
This article aims at developing the methodology used to evaluate the criterial effects of the
industrial Revolution of the 21st century. The researchers have used traditional methodology in
the evaluation of the effectiveness of the socio-economic phenomenon and also the processes,
the modifications with the application of the overall scientific methods of the research. These
scientific methods include deduction, induction, analysis, synthesis and formalization. The
article therefore provides the criteria for determining evaluation of the consequences of the
industrial revolution of the 21st century and the recommendations on the methodology for their
practical application (Ragulina et al., 2015). The researchers have developed the formula for
evaluation of the effectiveness of the industrial revolution of the 21st century in the sphere of the
4.0 industry due to the classification and systemization of these criterion.
The article targets at the main advantages of the offered criterion on the methodology for the
evaluation of the consequences of the Industrial Revolution of the 21st century. Revolution of
the 21st century is the major consideration and target indicators in the formation and growth of

the (4.0) industry in the modern economic systems. The suggested recommendations in the
bringing the indicators to the overall units with the aid of special coefficients enhances complex
and complete evaluation of the consequences of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Detalization is one
of the methodological criterion advantages. The methodology also envisages the traditional
accounting of the value of the resulting indicator and the considerations in another estimate
criterion (Ragulina et al., 2015)
. The researchers used the combination of the models which allows the determinants in the
implementation of the scenarios of the development and the formation of the (4.0) industry in
the conditions of knowledge on the formation of the industrial economy.
