Abstract
I am currently employed as a customer service representative for Amazon. My focus is based on
preventing and solving problems for customers on Amazon’s websites and shopping apps. In a
fast-paced environment, I must empathize with and prioritize customer needs, demonstrate
conflict resolution, and take ownership to resolve challenging customer issues. Working in retail,
I see myself as an outgoing individual. I feel confident in analyzing customers issues, taking
control of the situation and quickly resolving the customers problem. Staying flexible and
keeping an open mind, being adaptable to change, is an important factor at my job. In this
activity, I completed several self-assessments based on my self-concept and my own
organizational behavior. I answered the questions based on my current position with Amazon and
my future position as an Information Security Analyst. The assessments concentrated on
introversion/extroversion, conflict management style, team performance, listening skills,
strengths, influences, organizational structure, tolerance of change and leaders. It helped me to
become aware of my strengths, shortcomings, and capabilities. The value of these assessments
