advised on. Provide it to all
current staff prior to the effective
date of the change and integrate it
into new hire training.

The waitlist remains longer than it
needs to be for participants on the
list that are eligible.
Have an extensive training
program in place explaining what
participants can remain on the
waitlist with no adjustments to
their household activity to provide
to current staff and in the onboard
training for the future staff.
Accountability for current
participants to become self-
sufficient.
The waitlist remains longer than it
needs to be for participants on the
list that are eligible when the current
participants are not eliminated from
the program when they are not
following the program changes.
Assing one staff member to
handle the current participants that
need to make changes to the
household to become more self-
sufficient to ensure the program's
legitimacy. If the staff member is
not performing, they will be let go.
Accountability for current
participants to become self-
sufficient.

participants are not informed of the
