1.0 Identification of Issues
Every organization is bound to experience varying challenges attributed to internal and
external factors. Despite the variation in strategy and execution, most challenges or problems
facing an organization are common across organizations. Recently, Best Maid Products have
encountered some issues affecting the overall performance and success of the organization.
These problems include intensive employee turnover and matters related to the organization's
capacity. Best Mid Products has experienced challenges in matching production with the demand
for its products for an extended period. For a long time, the company has been unable to meet the
demand for its products, leading to accumulation of backorder for some items with others
extending to a month. Consequently, this has led to a loss of revenue and negative customer
experience, which may negatively affect its success and continuity.
Additionally, Best Maid Products has, over the years, experienced a high employee
turnover. In any organization, high employee turnover often results in reduced employee morale,
which may substantially affect production and an organization's operation. In many cases, a high
employee turnover arises due to poor hiring decisions and poor management of an organization.
Overall, high employee turnover and unmatching organization capacity pose substantial risks for
the success and continuity of Best Maid Products. As a result, the organization should address
these issues most efficiently and effectively to guarantee the company's survival, maximize
