Abstract
Studies on diversity management have shown that teams of individuals from varied backgrounds
operate differently than those of people with similar backgrounds. Diversity comes in many
different forms, like culture, race, religion, age, sex, and disability, to name a few. Although
some studies may highlight the potential downsides of having a diverse team, many studies have
recognized the value of a varied workforce. Thus, organizations can foster a positive and
equitable work environment by recognizing and appreciating each person’s strengths and
contributions. This paper aims to examine scholarly articles that offer different frameworks for
comprehending the dynamics of diverse teams.
