BUSINESS CULTURAL DIMENSIONS ANALYSIS 2
Abstract
With its strong military and robust economy,3Japan is3a very special country. Due
to3the3enormous changes the country3has3undergone3in the last3century, their cultural and
religious backgrounds are very diverse. As evidenced by3the stress and anxiety3experienced3by
those3aspiring3to3rise3within3it, its education standards distinguish them from those of other
countries. Generationally speaking,3Japanese are also3highly diverse, with3the3elderly
remembering the3wars, the3middle-aged witnessing significant development,3and the3younger
generation experiencing3prosperity.3While3dealing with the commerce in Japan, international
business teams have a lot to anticipate and overcome as far as the Japanese diverse and somehow
conservative culture is concerned.
