Abstract
This paper will dive deep into my personality type and my temperament based on the assessment
taken. I dive deep into each letter of my personality type and talk through what the research says
about each and discuss my perception based on the data. In addition to this, I provide examples
from my personal and professional life and discuss my learnings throughout the research process
and how this assessment has helped me in terms of self-perception and best practices for being a
good leader in my field. I talk through Type Talk At Work and an Organizational Behavior text to
provide insights from various perspectives to enhance the discussion, finally discussing how the
data discussed will help me in the future.

Personality Assessment Assignment
ENFJ is the personality type that the assessment scored me as after the completion of my
test. Based on the results, my breakdowns are Extravert at 1%, indicating that I have no
