Abstract
JOB BURNOUT
The purpose of this research paper is to discuss the importance of understanding job burnout.
The paper also uses the problem-solving, integrative framework that will aid in solving job
burnout at my organization. The research paper is broken down into three steps. Step 1 discussed
a summary of the organization, major overriding issues, facts, and examples that support the
explanation of the problem, challenges, roles of leadership, and environmental issues. Step 2
focuses on the author’s current view on the burnout organization theory and how it relates to the
problem and a discussion of the most relevant portions of the article. Lastly, step 3 focuses on the
recommendation for the problem-solving framework.

What is Burnout?
Burnout is a mental state defined by a lack of enthusiasm for work, skepticism, and
distrust, and a low sense of personal accomplishment. Objectively, burnout can be measured by
the Maslach Burnout Inventory, which assesses emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and
