- Even after the flood, humans behave the way humans do: sinfully
- Humans get together to build the Tower of Babel
Just trusted and obeyed God,

God was and honored Him

- “Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that they may not understand
one another’s speech… And from there the LORD dispersed them over the face of all the
earth.” Genesis 11:7-9
- God scatters the people as a way of them from pursuing this sinful gracefully redirecting
behavior
- This causes the people to establish different and nations languages
