Abstract
Walking and talking, singing and dancing, learning new information and taking notes, holding a
baby and feeding it a bottle. All of these are examples of multi-tasking that we usually don’t
think twice about. We have grown so accustomed to doing them that they come as second nature.
Being able to do more than one thing at a time is a skill we carry with us all through life. Not just
in the examples already given, but through everything. During our career we find ourselves faced
