Abstract
The researcher will delve into the how strategic development and executive strategies can
help management make inform decisions within their organizations. For these strategies to be
developed, managers must have a collective efforts where they are chosen by a group of
designated leaders or individual within the hierarchy. This research will also look it the
advantages and disadvantages of strategic development and execution about how group and
individuals are affected when making strategic decisions. Professionals must be knowledgeable
about their organizations in order to impact the direction of the business. The research will utilize
SWOT analysis as a start to the development of strategic decision making. Lastly, the researcher
will evaluate their academic discipline to determine how they can impact the business strategic
development and execution process.
