c. Co-ordinator: Josie Pond, Carlos Valdez
d. Shaper: Carlos Valdez
e. Monitor Evaluator: Michael Melvin,
f. Team Worker: Josie Pond,
g. Implementer: Neil Dilawari
h. Completer/Finisher: Michael Melvin,

2. How might conflict arise in the team during the semester? How will the team plan to
handle those conflicts?
a. Each team member will have different schedules, so finding times that work for
all of us to meet may be challenging. To solve this problem, we are going to
create a When2Meet survey to see when everyone has time to work on the
project, and then create a shared Google calendar to block off times for us to meet
and work on the project.
b. Another conflict we may have is personality clashes. We plan to mitigate this by
maintaining civility amongst each other, and bringing conflicts up as a group in a
constructive way rather than critical way.
c. We may fall into role fixation, rather than focusing on specialization. With role
fixation, our group may never come to solve our weaknesses, and conflict could
arise. We will try to share tasks amongst different roles so each member may have
a turn in playing certain roles while still keeping their specialization.
3. What will the team do to be successful throughout the semester?
a. We will make our roles known and make sure to communicate to the group what
tasks/parts of tasks we have done that align with our role responsibilities.
b. We will also have a schedule of each assignment/task that needs to be done for
the week to make sure everyone is doing their part and staying on schedule.
c. We will respond to texts and emails within 24 hours, and communicate frequently
in the group text chat so that everybody may stay on the same page regarding
progress and problems that may need to be addressed. We will check the shared
Google Drive daily as well, to make sure we are up to date with assignments.
d. Group members may have schedule changes or other issues that prevent them
from completing their tasks. To avoid slacking or missing deadlines, we will
create priority task sheets every week/as needed with estimated deadlines for
when certain tasks should be done. This way, everyone will be able to work
around their other obligations. If needed, members will communicate with the
group if other issues arise (before the deadline) and the rest of the team will be
able to complete the task by the estimated deadline.
