General information
Chapters 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 will be covered on the exam as well as
the article Four Things a Service Business Must Get Right.”
There will be approximately 40 multiple-choice questions. You will be
asked to complete 2 of the other essay-type questions presented (worth
10 points each).
Questions on the exam will come from both the text and from the lecture
notes. The list below will give you an idea of what the most central
