You have a project to build a new studio. The studio has 4 walls as shown at left. Each wall is to
take one day to build, and $5000 has been budgeted per wall. The walls were planned to be
completed one after the other, but circumstances changed on the project, and work on the
walls was able to proceed in parallel - more than one wall can be started at the same time.
Today is the end of Day 3.
Use the following project status chart and the earned value management technique to
determine the project's schedule and cost status. Remember, Time = Money (calculate all in
monetary values). Review video V31 and lecture video L24.
