- For a strong password, I advise using lengthy passwords, such as ones that are 10 words
long. Also, use a variety of numbers as well as capitalization and lowercase letters.
How do the companies gather data to determine common passwords?
- When you enter your password into a system, it gets hashed. From that point on, hashes
rather than passwords are being compared.
