The need for teamwork is vital in the workplace, and diversity is an important factor to
consider. In the current workplace, diversity means engaging people from all races, skills to
allow for innovation and creativity. Other factors to consider include gar, professional
background and gender for varied decision-making and solving of problems. Study shows
diverse teams in organizations when equipped perform better with more overall effectiveness.
The team size determines how work is shared and executed at workplace. The
functionality of the team is vital and is resolves with effective communication and coordination.
Larger teams need a more strategized communication channels as smaller teams tend to benefit
from quick decisions. Notably, the aim is to balance the expertise and maintain effective
collaboration depending on the team size.
In addition, a team that complement each other skills is vital to cover most aspects of
work. Each member should bring unique abilities and expertise that when combined lead to

On the contrary, technology risk the probability of miscommunication as it can fail. The
risk of communication is at risk when technology faces challenges. For example, cyberattacks
