HERE'S SOME BIG-TIME HINTS ON HOW TO GET A GOOD GRADE IN
SOUTHWEST HOME GARDENING
1. Work each week on the topic assigned. Make sure to print out
and read over the material in the study guides, view the Adobe
Presenter presentations, and do the reading assignments before
viewing the instructional videos.
2. View each of the videos prior to taking the online quiz. The majority of
the videos run for approximately 30 minutes.
3. For each topic, use the presentations, readings and
instructional videos to answer the questions in the study guide.
Some of the questions come straight from the presentation and
video programs, but for others you will need to use your readings to
find the correct answers. The study guide is for your own use and
will prepare you to do well on the quizzes.
4. Use your answers to the study guide questions to prepare for
the online quizzes. Here's a strong hint for you: these questions in the
study guide will be used by the instructor as the template for the
quiz questions.
5. Make sure to complete quizzes and the creative assignments
for each module by the due date. Check your assignments for
accuracy and completeness.
6. If you need extra points to get the grade you want, make sure
to do the extra credit quiz during the semester. The extra credit quiz
opportunity will no longer be available after Friday, December 1st
by 5:00 p.m. At that point the course is over.
