Course Project Topic Selection

The Brown Palace Hotel was the choice for creating an organizational model, it is ideal because it has all the qualities of a proper organization that can be dissected to serve the purpose of this course project. Some of the ideal factors that the organization carries include; a good organizational culture (Felipe et al., 2017) a proper organizational structure (Ahmady et al. 2016) and a balance between external and internal factors that make up the organization. At the same time it fits the criteria for this exercise, it is not recognizable for people outside the locality and it is not a public corporation.
