Logic Model

Introduction

The Mississippi Department of Human Service covers a wider scope with human services concerns. The services include; child support, community services, early childhood care and services among other critical divisions. Basing on the social problems, the logic model analysis hooked? on youth services.

Division of Youth Services, runs the juvenile correctional facilities (DeFosset, A. R., Schooley, T. S., Abrams, L. S., Kuo, T., & Gase , L. N., 2017). However, it has been noted that a large number of children committed to the training schools were found to be non-vicious reprobates. Initially, a judge could instruct a child to commit to a training school due to trivial felony. Regarding the review of this department, with the aid of logic model, the study will analyze to determine the chief strengths and subsequently look into the insufficiencies in its dimensions and practice associated to serving, caring and achieving perpetuity for children under its protection (DeFosset, A. R., Schooley, T. S., Abrams, L. S., Kuo, T., & Gase, L. N., 2017)..

The activities employed will be building a partnership of decision makers from the top leadership to the bottom from administrators to caseworkers by assessing, and making reviews of documents such as agency guidelines, reports as well as the training manuals among others. Analysis, of a caseworker job load is finally a study of caseworkers concerning service requirements and accessibility. The above will be followed by introducing the new integrated programs which will include adding additional staff to reduce work load for both the caseworker and the supervisors, conducting training programs, this is meant to acquaint the staff with the necessary skill and competencies to handle the cases and also acquisition of the right technology.

The above activities are perceived to and create and integration of juvenile care, and subsequently seamless communication and teamwork among the workers this would result in an efficient and effective division. The new staffing programs and proper remuneration is perceived to attract fresh human capital, this will in turn cartelize festiveness and professionalism in handling the juveniles.

The previewed outcomes proper training for the juveniles could become integrated (Wu et al., 2019). The issues of a non-violent offenders instructed to take training sessions is well addressed. The training of the staff well highlights degree of offenses that could be referred to juvenile correction facilities. Furthermore, there can be a coalition that may link the new programs to validate the correctional facilities goals. To crown it all, there is a perceived well sustained program as the process incorporates all the stakeholders of the division. The process evaluation is well structured and articulated, thus it is attainable (Wu et al., 2019). This will help to encourage the development of the society, since that the workers are well trained and empowered to handle the juvenile with utmost professionalism. This can produce well trained and corrected individuals that can impact positively in the community.

Conclusion

A logic model can be an effective scheduling and assessment tool, it is a critical project management source that can immensely alleviate the likelihood that a project goals will be reached consistent according to the objective. The model is able to aid in facilitating a network evaluation process and correspondingly engage leadership and project members effectively.
